JENNY VAN LEEUWEN HARRINGTON
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Ms. Harrington is the CEO of Gilman Hill Asset Management, and Portfolio Manager of the firm’s flagship Equity Income strategy. She is also a contributor to CNBC, where she appears regularly on the Halftime Report.
Prior to joining Gilman Hill, Ms. Harrington was a Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager at Neuberger Berman, a Lehman Brothers subsidiary. She began her career at Goldman Sachs where she worked as an Associate and Financial Analyst in the Investment Management and Equities divisions.
Ms. Harrington earned a Masters in Business degree from Columbia University and a holds a BA in Economics from Hollins College, from which she graduated cum laude with honors, and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
GREGORY STANEK, CFA
Mr. Stanek joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in September 2013. From 2009 through 2013, he served as an Executive Director and Global Equity Strategist at Mitsubishi Securities USA. In this role, he advised some of the world’s largest Japanese and U.S. based investment management companies on stock selection and sector/geographic allocations. Previously, he spent eleven years at Clay Finlay LLC, where he was a Principal and Portfolio Manager responsible for investing ADR and growth-oriented portfolios on behalf of institutional and high net worth clients in the U.S. and overseas. Mr. Stanek holds a BBA in Finance from Hofstra University, and an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
JONATHAN O’HERRON, Jr.
Mr. O’Herron joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in August of 2006 when it merged with Westport Capital Markets, LLC, the firm that he founded and where he served as President and Portfolio Manager. Prior to forming Westport Capital Markets, he was a Vice President with Smith Barney, Inc. Mr. O’Herron began his investment management career in 1983 with Shearson, Inc. He graduated from Williams College with a BA degree in economics, and holds an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
ASSOCIATE, PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Mr. Borts joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in December of 2018. Previously, he was a Credit Analyst in the Utilities Group at S&P Global, and a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS. Mr. Borts holds an BS in Finance/Economics from Sacred Heart University, and an MS in Finance from the Nova School of Business and Economics in Portugal.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Mr. Harrington joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in October of 2009. Prior to Gilman Hill, he spent fifteen years at Clay Finlay LLC, an international equity management firm, where he was a Principal responsible for managing the relationships of institutional and high net worth clients in the U.S. and overseas. Mr. Harrington holds a BA in history from Williams College, from which he graduated cum laude with honors.
HEAD OF INVESTMENT ADMINISTRATION
Ms. Keefe joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in February 2014. Between 2007 and 2014, she was a consultant for a high net worth individual, supporting his personal endeavors and providing administrative and operational support for several of the U.S. and non-U.S.-based non-profit organizations on whose boards he served. From 1991 until 2007, she was a Principal at Clay Finlay Inc., where she served in a variety of client servicing, trading and investment administrative capacities. Ms. Keefe holds a BS in Mathematical Sciences from Johns Hopkins University.
Ms. Griffin joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in December of 2018. Previously, she worked at Forester Capital & Bridgewater Associates. Ms. Griffin holds an BS in Business Management from University of Hartford.
OPERATIONS & TRADING ASSOCIATE
Ms. Zhang joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in December of 2019. Prior to Gilman Hill, she spent six years at RBS as a Sales & Trading Assistant. From 2006 to 2012, Ms. Zhang was a Sales & Trading Assistant at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Zhang holds a BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business.
