JENNY VAN LEEUWEN HARRINGTON
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Ms. Harrington is the CEO of Gilman Hill Asset Management, and Portfolio Manager of the firm’s flagship Equity Income strategy. She is also a contributor to CNBC, where she appears regularly on the Halftime Report.
Prior to joining Gilman Hill, Ms. Harrington was a Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager at Neuberger Berman, a Lehman Brothers subsidiary. She began her career at Goldman Sachs where she worked as an Associate and Financial Analyst in the Investment Management and Equities divisions.
Ms. Harrington earned a Masters in Business degree from Columbia University and a holds a BA in Economics from Hollins College, from which she graduated cum laude with honors, and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She currently serves as a Trustee of Hollins University, and as a member of the Investment Committee of the Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation.
GREGORY STANEK, CFA
Mr. Stanek joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in 2013. From 2009 through 2013, he served as an Executive Director and Global Equity Strategist at Mitsubishi Securities USA. In this role, he advised some of the world’s largest Japanese and U.S. based investment management companies on stock selection and sector/geographic allocations. Previously, he spent eleven years at Clay Finlay LLC, where he was a Principal and Portfolio Manager responsible for investing ADR and growth-oriented portfolios on behalf of institutional and high net worth clients in the U.S. and overseas. Mr. Stanek holds a BBA in Finance from Hofstra University, and an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
JONATHAN O’HERRON, Jr.
Mr. O’Herron joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in 2006 when it merged with Westport Capital Markets, LLC, the firm that he founded and where he served as President and Portfolio Manager. Prior to forming Westport Capital Markets, he was a Vice President with Smith Barney, Inc. Mr. O’Herron began his investment management career in 1983 with Shearson, Inc. He graduated from Williams College with a BA degree in economics, and holds an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
JACOB FRIAR, CFA
Mr. Friar joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in September of 2021. From 2017 through 2021, he served as an Equity Research Analyst at Lapides Asset Management. Previously, he completed internships at Hall Capital Management and Oppenheimer & Co. Mr. Friar holds a BS in Finance and Economics from the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Mr. Harrington joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in 2009. Prior to Gilman Hill, he spent fifteen years at Clay Finlay LLC, an international equity management firm, where he was a Principal responsible for managing the relationships of institutional and high net worth clients in the U.S. and overseas. Mr. Harrington holds a BA in history from Williams College, from which he graduated cum laude with honors.

Ms. Ryan joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in 2021. Previously, she served as a Vice President, Institutional Marketing and Client Service at O’Shaughnessy Asset Management. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ryan worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she was an Associate in the Risk and Controls Group, and a Team Leader in the company’s Portfolio Accounting Group. Most recently, Ms. Ryan served as a Consultant to the CFO at Greenwich Academy, and as Assistant Business Manager at Eagle Hill Foundation. Ms. Ryan holds a BBA in Finance from St. Mary’s College.
SENIOR ANALYST – OPERATIONS & TRADING
Mr. Sgritta joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in September of 2021. From 2011 to 2021, he was responsible for trade support at The McNamara Group. Earlier in his career, he worked on the trade support and order generation team at Citigroup Global Transaction Services. Mr. Sgritta holds a BS in Business Administration from Elon University.
Ms. Lahiff joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in September of 2021. From 2020 to 2021, she worked as a Management Analyst for the Mount Sinai Health System. Ms. Lahiff holds a BA in Classics from the University of Oxford.
Ms. Griffin joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in 2018. Previously, she worked at Forester Capital and Bridgewater Associates. Ms. Griffin holds a BS in Business Management from University of Hartford.
