We seek consistent total return through a portfolio of:

  • Common Stocks with above market dividend yields
  • Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs)
  • Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
  • Convertible Preferred and Preferred Securities

Portfolio investments are made with a focus on companies that:

  • Use high levels of free cash flow to pay a consistently high dividend
  • Are reasonably priced relative to the market and their peers
  • Are underpinned by real businesses, rather than hype or speculation
  • Span the capitalization spectrum

International Income

The International Income strategy provides investors with a carefully constructed portfolio of stocks that is designed to:

  • Provide clients with exposure to equity investment opportunities located outside of the United States by investing in American Depository Receipt (ADR) shares traded in U.S. Dollars on U.S. exchanges;
  • Generate significant dividend income;
  • Grow assets through capital appreciation;
  • Minimize downside risk relative to the broad equity market.

The current return objective is a >4% dividend yield, plus capital appreciation.

We seek consistent total return through a portfolio of:

  • ADRs with above market dividend yields
  • ADR Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)

We seek above-market returns through a portfolio of equity securities that:

  • Possess strong earnings growth right now
  • Are likely to sustain this strong earnings growth into the future
